Stuart Fetti – Chief Operating Officer
Stuart has extensive operational experience in the social housing and construction sectors. He is delighted to be leading the next stage of the journey for Foster Property Maintenance Ltd. Stuart is highly successful in business transformation and has a track record in turning strategy to reality in every business he has operated in.
Petros Christen – Finance Director
Petros is a senior financial executive, with experience in a wide range of firms (private, public and non-profit) and industries with turnovers ranging from £6m-£2bn, with a track record of delivering successful growth and transformation throughout. In addition to his financial roles of Finance Director/CFO, Petros has held a number of operational positions including COO and CEO, as well as non-executive roles such as Board Member and Committee Chair – giving him experience of managing a broad range of areas including business strategy & growth, financial control & reporting, treasury & investments, working capital, raising finance, IT, governance, risk, legal, HR, asset strategy, audit, procurement, policy & projects, facilities, customer services, M&A, sales and energy supply.
