We use a mixed economy approach to our operational delivery. FPM uses directly employed operatives and also engages local suppliers and sub-contractors and further support this through a partnership approach to local training and employment. We strive to leave a sustainable legacy and support this through the creation of local opportunities and a sense of ownership.
RESIDENT LIAISON OFFICERS
We fully understand the impact that our works can have on the lives of our customers. Our Resident Liaison teams work with residents to ensure they are fully prepared and informed before work starts and we can accommodate the specific needs of residents, including school runs, holidays, working patterns and provide additional support for those who are vulnerable or with a disability.
