We are privileged to work in communities every single day of the year, it is important that we give back to those communities and serve the needs of people living there. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and ways in which we can engage communities at every level.

FPM provides a range of opportunities for keeping customers and communities up to date with our activities, including:

  • Open meetings with community and tenant groups at prominent local venues
  • Regular newsletters
  • Appropriate Notices, both regulatory and optional
  • Through our Resident Liaison Officers

All the above help us understand how we can limit any negative impact on local communities.

In addition to the work that we carry out in customer’s homes, we support a wide range of local projects that help improve the lives of people in the community, which gives our staff involved a great sense of satisfaction.

We further develop community spirit and our connection with it, through our policy of striving to employ staff from the local communities we serve. We engage with local people because we want to look beyond our immediate activities to see how we can add value to the communities in which we operate and ensure that the communities that we work with get maximum benefit from what we do.

Apprentice

We are committed to Apprenticeships. We want to leave lasting legacies by up-skilling communities and giving our apprentices the tools to have a successful career in their chosen trade.

We work closely with local schools and colleges. We support careers events to promote opportunities in the social housing sector.
