We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve secured a new contract with our longstanding client, South Kesteven District Council (SKDC). This agreement involves delivering responsive repairs to support and enhance the Council’s in-house primary contractor in maintaining approximately 6,000 residential properties. As part of the service, we’ll also act as Management Contractor for major and complex repairs, overseeing individual work packages to ensure quality and efficiency. The contract is set for an initial term of three years, with the potential to extend for an additional two years.
Delivery will be led by our dedicated team in Grantham, continuing our strong presence in the region. We’re proud of our enduring relationship with SKDC and excited to build on this success.
