Foster has secured a 3-year deal with Freebridge Community Housing to provide Top-Up provision to supplement the Client’s own resources  for:
• Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours and including Mutual Exchange Gas and Electric Tests);
• Out of Hours Emergency Works; and
• Void Property Works including co-ordination with the Client’s gas and electrical contractor, asbestos consultant and asbestos licensed contractor

Freebridge Community Housing was set up in 2006, to receive the transfer of the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk’s housing stock. The transfer took place after 77% of voting tenants voted in favour of the transfer. FCH own and manage around 7,000 homes and 17 sheltered schemes in West Norfolk.

The contract is valued at £600,000 over the next three years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
