Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP)
We have secured a contract to replace kitchens and bathrooms to CHP’s housing stock in Essex. The contract will be operated by our team at our Ongar branch. We are delighted with this award as CHP are a returning customer from some years ago. We will be replacing up to 200 kitchens and 80 bathrooms. The contract is initially for 1 year with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
Based in Chelmsford, Essex, CHP is a locally managed and governed housing association, registered as a Community Benefit Society. Established in 2002 to deliver its core social purpose of meeting housing need by providing homes for rent and sale, CHP manages 10,000 homes and provides services for over 20,000 customers.
Haringey Council
We are delighted to have secured our first contract with Haringey Council and for our newly formed Fit-Out Division. The project is for an office refit on the 6th Floor of Alexandra House, one of the Council’s operational offices. This is a fast track programme to provide new ceilings, flooring, refreshment areas, electrical and data installations. We are looking forward to completing his hugely exciting re-fit. The contract was awarded through the SEC Procurement Framework.
